It was on of the first chilly fall days. The kind where you are happy you finally get to wear boots and see the first red leaves. We headed down the windy road to Carvin’s Cove and the sun was hitting the lake perfectly when we arrived.

Matt and Genevra are both Med Students and stay very busy with rotations so we were excited to finally get the chance to hang out with them some more. As we wandered into the woods, we talked about life, school, and wedding plans and paused occasionally to check their phones in case an interviewer had called. Apparently even as students doctors have to be on call :) It was so much fun chatting and laughing with them. They are so joyful and enjoy life together.

Matt and Genevra, we had so much fun getting to know you all better!
