I have known Leeann for almost 10 years! We met when I first moved to Virginia and we have been friends through a lot. I watched her become a mom to the most beautiful little girl, celebrated birthday parties and relationships, shared meals and bottles of wine, and we’ve been friends through the ups and downs of the last decade. So when Leeann reconnected with her middle school best friend, Phil I could tell it was something special. Even more so when we finally dragged him to a girls wine night and he put up will all of our antics and questioning :)

It wasn’t too long ago that I received the text of a beautiful sparkly ring with the news that they were getting married! Having been friends for most of their lives, and dating for the past few years they have shared their lives, their joys, their sorrows, the good, and the hard and now they get to do that as Mr. and Mrs. Brooks!

In lieu of a huge wedding, they opted to elope to the courthouse in the town where friendship turned to love. I met up with them for some wedding portraits of their new family of three. Not only am I overjoyed that this day has finally come for you two I was honored to capture these moments of your new family! I love you all so much and can’t wait to come visit again soon and celebrate The Brooks family more!
