Happy Monday! It’s the start to another week after a full weekend here at Edmiston Photography. We filled up every minute from Friday night through late Sunday and while I’m still waiting for the coffee to kick in this week’s going to be a good one! We have a fun engagement session tonight and a beautiful wedding hitting the blog too! So much fun to share with you :)

When we weren’t behind the camera we were in front of the computer except for a few small hours spent with family and realizing southern food really is as good as it gets, mostly because everything has extra butter, and Scott’s grandma is as good of a cook as he is. Speaking of good food, can we talk about this article of the 50 prettiest foods? Some of these I wouldn’t even want to eat because they are so artistic!

I also got a late late birthday present from my mom this week. She pre-ordered Shauna’s new book for me in March and it was just released this last week so that was a fun surprise to show up. Ironically, since the book is about being present and not too busy, I didn’t even have time to crack the spine this weekend! I’ll probably start it sometime this week, or maybe save it for our upcoming vacation…though I’m not good at saving books to read. This is one I’m sure I’ll read more than once though – all her books are just amazing.

That’s all the ramblings for this morning. There’s a lot going on behind the scenes here I need to get back to so I’ll leave you with two things:
