It’s summer in Virginia, so you never know quite what the weather is going to do. But as the skies turned black and the rain came down in sheets, we weren’t sure this session would be possible! Thankfully, the storm moved out as quickly as it moved in and we were able to meet up with Tyler & Emily in Roanoke to capture these fun engagement portraits!

This couple is so adorable! As we explored this little corner of downtown running from tree to tree or hiding under umbrella’s to avoid the last bit of storm, they kept each other (and us!) smiling the whole time. They are so excited to become husband and wife and we can’t wait to celebrate with them.
