When Chris moved to Virginia for work he never thought attending a field party would change his life. That is until he met Sarah, and while she doesn’t quite remember their first meeting it changed both their lives for the better.

I arrived to Sarah’s parents house on a very windy evening. Her sweet grandfather let me in and her family welcomed me into their home. We wandered around her mother’s beautiful garden and her dad showed us to the freshly painted barn. It was the quintessential southern session. And even though the cold tried to deter us – I loved every minute.

More than the beautiful spring colors though, it was Sarah’s smile that lit up the night. Her and Chris’ relationship is so fun to witness. He makes her laugh and and yet gives her the most tender looks.
