Why Pixifi is the best

If you follow me at all on social media you know that we got to take part in the Pixifi Academy Launch a couple weeks ago. It was so much fun to be a part of this team and promote a software we couldn’t live without. So, as the next part in our Tips for Bloggers series, we thought we’d take some time to share why you need this Client Management Software in your life.

First, what is Pixifi?

Pixifi is “business management software for modern creatives” – that’s the official tagline but for us, we’d say Pixifi is “the best virtual assistant, organizer, business partner, management software, time saver and life changing software program in the world.” (Too much? Nah). Basically, it is a client management software that organizes and automates your business so that you can get back to working ON your business, instead of IN it. Why are we obsessed with it?

  1. It was built by a fellow creative business owner. Tim ran his own photography business for years and built this software to be everything you would need. Since he was one of us he knew exactly what we look for to help run our business. And all those other features that management software programs are adding or have “coming soon”, Pixifi already has them.
  2. It is constantly improving. Have a suggestion, change, or need to use Pixifi in a different way? It is probably already in progress. There are constant updates, improvements, and changes and they are based on what the users need – not just arbitrarily decided.
  3. The absolute best customer service out there. I don’t know how they are so great at it but if you have a question, issues, or are stuck on something they are there to help you in seconds.
  4. You can start using it from day one. Pixifi is full of ready to go templates and examples that you can tweak to your branding and use today. Or you can start from scratch and create them yourself.
  5. THE ACADEMY. Ok, this is the biggest reason. Pixifi just launched the Academy which is a video series that walks you through all the ins and outs of how to set up and use the software to its full potential so you can get it working for you! They are short, easy to understand, and instantly applicable. You can watch all in one day or piece by piece as you set everything up.

So yes, there are other options out there – some set everything up for you but then you don’t know where things are or how to use them (oh…and Pixifi has that option too), some are the bare minimum and don’t have all the modules you may need so you are stuck using multiple platforms, and some force you to use their system and you can’t set up the workflow to fit your business so why wouldn’t you use Pixifi?
