We are back!

Last week was a glorious week of being unplugged, relaxed, and away from the world. We spent 8 awesome days at the outer banks and had beautiful weather and delicious food. It was the perfect way to slow down before our first wedding of the year on Saturday! And so instead of all my normal Monday Musings I’m sharing some pictures from our week! If you follow me on SnapChat you’ve seen some of the fun but here are the ones I took with the big camera:

We always go with another couple and the boys fish while we read – and this year we also made the boys do a mini photoshoot :)

And we were right by the Hatteras lighthouse fishing one day, so I got some fun pictures of it!

Scott caught quite a few blow toads and we weren’t sure how they would taste since we got mixed reviews from people, but they were delicious!

Also, every year instead of eating out we buy seafood from our favorite seafood market and do a big boil. This was this year’s haul. It was amazing.

And now it’s back to the real world and gearing up for Jason and Kayla’s wedding!
