In his words she was “hand-delivered to his back yard” and that’s how they met :) A mutual friend invited her there to hang out, unbeknownst to Evie, so that she and Chad could meet. Chad was in the back yard gardening and he was caught off guard when Evie showed up and the rest, as they say, is history. They’ve been together ever since. He proposed with his mother’s heirloom ring and we can’t wait for their fall wedding at Nesselrod!

They invited us up to their cozy mountain cabin for their engagement shoot and it was amazing. From trickling creeks to abandoned red cabins and winding mountain paths everywhere we walked was a dream to shoot. It was hard to stop!

Chad and Evie it was so much fun to meet you and walk around your mountain home with you and your puppy Homer. You love and make each other laugh in a way that is an honor to document. Thank you for letting us be there to tell your story! We can’t wait for October and to hang out with you again!
